At Dearborn Denim & Apparel, we want you to love your American-made gear. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once submitted, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a similar protective package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our Chicago facility, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
